International Institutional Sales Director
Maxime Alazet joined La Financière de l’Echiquier (LFDE) in 2010. He fulfilled his roles as a Third Party Distribution Sales then Sales Director in 2014, building relationships with Banks, Platforms, Family Offices and International Consultants. LFDE’s will to increase its presence globally led the way to his current position as International Institutional Sales Director. Prior to that, he spent 4 years in New York as a consultant for CSC consulting company and as a trader assistant at SG CIB. He graduated from EM Strasbourg Business School.

Capucine Gautier arrived at La Financière de l'Echiquier early 2016 as a Client Service Analyst. In 2018 she joined International Distribution as an International Institutional Sales to help increase LFDE's presence globally. Prior to that she worked 3 years for AXA IM in Luxembourg as a Third Party Relationship Manager in charge of the Transfer Agents and did several internships at SG CIB. Capucine graduated from INSEEC Business School Paris.

With a Master’s degree in economics, Benjamin worked for three years for BNP Paribas' Credit Risk department in the Netherlands and France. Joining La Financière de l’Echiquier in 2004, he was tasked with monitoring and developing relations with wealth management advisors before becoming the customer relations manager for the independent financial planners segment. In 2015, he was appointed to spearhead the company's development in Switzerland.
Sales Manager - Switzerland
Christèle de Waresquiel began her career at Morgan Stanley in London before joining Calyon and JP Morgan. She became a project manager for GE Capital in Paris in 2011, before joining the Rivoli Fund Management teams. A graduate of Centrale Supélec and the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Christèle also holds an MBA from the Institute of Higher Business Studies (IESE Business School) in Barcelona. She joined LFDE in 2018 as Sales manager for Switzerland.
