A graduate of HEC business school in 1990, Olivier de Berranger successively held positions as trader and trading desk manager for cash and derivative interest rate products at Crédit Lyonnais and then Calyon. He was then head of the Capital Markets team at First Finance, a consulting and training company. He joined La Financière de l'Échiquier in March 2007 as a bond manager. In 2017, he was appointed CIO and joined the Executive Committee. In December 2023, he was appointed CEO of LFDE.

About Michel Saugné, co-CIO of LFDE and member of the Executive Committee A graduate of ESSEC, Michel Saugné began his career in 1999 at BNP Paribas before joining Natixis as a proprietary trader in equity strategies. In 2004, he joined LCF Rothschild as a fund manager, before becoming head of alternative multi-management and co-head of long-short equity management at Edmond de Rothschild. In 2013, he continued his career at Tocqueville Finance, becoming Head of Collective Investment Management in 2016. A member of LBP AM’s Executive Committee, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Tocqueville Finance in 2023. In 2024, he was appointed co-CIO of LFDE and became a member of its Executive Committee.

Matthieu Leblanc holds a PhD in applied mathematics, a Master's degree in market finance and capital management, and the "DEA Laure Elie" in statistics and random models, as well as being an actuary. He began his career in 2002 at Oddo & Cie as a quantitative analyst on derivatives, before joining Natixis AM, where he became Head of Financial Engineering. In 2008, he joined EDRAM to create the financial engineering department, before founding SIMAFIN, a provider of quantitative solutions, in 2013. At Montpensier Finance, Matthieu worked at the heart of the investment process and developed decision-support tools and methods. He joined La Financière de l'Echiquier in 2017 as Deputy Head of Asset Management. In 2024, the year of the merger between Tocqueville Finance and LFDE, he was appointed Portfolio Engineering Director and Head of Allocation team at LFDE.

Yann then joined Métropole Gestion in 2004 as a manager of European and international equities, before becoming a partner in 2007. Yann joined Tocqueville Finance in 2018. Yann has been in charge of La Financière de l'Echiquier's Value team since 2024, the year Tocqueville Finance and LFDE merged.

In 2005, he took over responsibility for analyzing the hardware and semiconductor sector. He then joined Alliance Trust Investments in 2012 as Investment Manager in the global funds management team, before joining the SRI team and becoming co-manager of the global funds in 2016. Adrien was appointed partner at Lion Trust asset management when ATI was acquired by it, before joining La Financière de l'Echiquier at the end of 2017 as European equity fund manager. In 2020, he took over responsibility for the European large cap SRI growth equity team, and in 2024, the year Tocqueville Finance and LFDE merged, became co-head of the Growth team as well as LFDE's Impact and Environment team.
