La Financière de l'Echiquier strengthens its international equity management team with the nomination of Nina Lagron, CFA, Manager

 

La Financière de l’Echiquier (LFDE) announces the appointment of Nina Lagron, CFA, effective 21.02.2022, as International Equity Manager. She joins David Ross, CFA and Louis Bersin at the helm of Echiquier World Equity Growth[1]. Launched in 2010, this high conviction fund invests in international growth stocks with a strong leadership position. It marked the extension of LFDE’s stock-picking know-how to international equities, an expertise that was later extended to thematic equities. At the end of 2021, global and thematic strategies represented 2.6 billion in assets under management.

About Nina Lagron, CFA, International Equity Manager

Nina Lagron has over 20 years of international market expertise. She began her career at UBS in London as Associate Director, Global Mergers & Acquisitions in 1998. Nina joined Amundi for 9 years as Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for investments in Europe and the Middle East with assets under management of up to USD 2 billion. She then joined Gemway Assets in 2014. Responsible for the development of the ESG policy, she contributed to the creation of the company’s impact approach. In 2017, Nina joined La Française AM as head of four impact funds before becoming Head of Large Cap Equities. She was a member of the COMEX.  Nina joined La Financière de l’Echiquier in February 2022.

Nina Lagron is Franco-German and holds a master’s degree in Management Sciences and a DESS in Management of Financial and Banking Organisations from the University of Paris Dauphine. She received the CFA in 2007.
