La Financière de l'Échiquier appoints Loïc Villebrun Head of Institutional Clients
La Financière de l’Échiquier (LFDE) announces the appointment of Loïc Villebrun as Director of Institutional Clients1.
Reporting to Robert Vela, Sales Director France, Loïc Villebrun will be responsible for continuing to step up sales development in LFDE’s institutional segment, which accounts for almost 40% of assets under management2.

About Loïc Villebrun
Loïc Villebrun has 20 years’ experience in asset management. He began his career in 2005 at Tocqueville Finance as a buy-side Financial Analyst, then as Head of Key Account and Institutional Development. In 2012, Loïc joined Franklin Templeton Investments as Head of Institutional Development France and Monaco. In 2016, he became Institutional Director at Muzinich, before joining Carmignac Gestion in 2023 as Head of Bank and Institutional Relations. In 2024, Loïc Villebrun was appointed Director of Institutional Clients at La Financière de l’Échiquier. Loïc holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Trading and Capital Markets from the ISG, as well as the CEFA – Certified European Investment Analyst – from the SFAF.
