New subscription terms for Echiquier Agenor SRI Mid Cap Europe

La Financière de l’Echiquier (LFDE) is changing the subscription terms for Agenor SRI Mid Cap Europe[1]. This European small and mid caps fund has attracted a high number of subscriptions over the past three years, bringing its assets under management to three billion euros[2]. This success is thanks to a strategy based on LFDE’s long-standing expertise in selecting European small and mid caps.

To ensure that the fund is managed under optimal conditions, preserve liquidity and protect shareholders’ interests, the Fund’s Board of Directors[3] have put in place a procedure that will limit subscriptions to the Fund in a graduated way. As such, starting on 15.10.2021, LFDE is raising the maximum level of subscription fees not credited to the Fund to 5%. As such, this fee will be applied to each subscription order from all new investors.

LFDE’s small & mid cap management team intends to preserve the disciplined investment process that it applies to Echiquier Agenor SRI Mid Cap. Created in 2004 and holder of the French government’s SRI label since 2019, Echiquier Agenor SRI Mid Cap Europe is emblematic of the methodology that LFDE has been implementing for the last 30 years. The fund has posted annualised performance of +10.2% since inception compared to +9.3% for its benchmark[4].
